The Given Bistro, is UVM's unique bakery bistro with a delicious twist! Whether it's breakfast, lunch or a snack, customers walking by this refreshingly bright, modern bakery bistro will know from the aroma that good things are cooking at Zime. It could be our fabulous signature European and breakfast flatbread sandwiches, or our fresh-from-the-oven delicate and flaky baked goods. To  our extensive line of beverages such as Aspretto coffee prepared your way, espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, fruit teas, smoothies, cold beverages and more! The Given Bistro, is truly a dining destination that will inspire community conversation and the sharing of flavors and ideas!
